# Tool reference > Every tool an AI agent can call in your Mark workspace, grouped by job, with read-only and write tools marked. An agent calls them with your permissions in the workspace you picked when you connected. To connect one, see [Connect your AI agent](/docs/use-mark-from-ai-agents). * **Read-only** tools never change anything. * **Write** tools change data in your workspace. * **Write, destructive** tools delete, disconnect, approve, or reject, or otherwise can't be taken back.
